A CT-myelogram transverse cut (like a slice through the spine) at L4-L5 in a patient with spondylolisthesis who suffers from leg pains, numbness and weakness due to the compression of the nerves. It can be noted that the spinal canal is severely narrowed due to degeneration of the disc, degeneration of the facet joints and thickening of the ligaments surrounding the nerves.
